SAINT JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - A guilty plea comes from standout Notre Dame Wide Receiver Michael Floyd after he was arrested for misdemeanor drunken driving.

A Saint Joseph County judge sentenced Floyd to a one year jail sentence that was suspended as part of a plea agreement.

Instead, Floyd will serve one year probation.

He was arrested in March after he ran a stop sign one block from the school and tests show he had a blood alcohol level of 0.19 percent.

He's been suspended indefinitely from the team.
