No Knock Case May Be Reheard

INDIANA (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - The Indiana Supreme Court may reconsider its ruling that eliminates the right of homeowners to resist unlawful police entry into their homes.

The losing attorney in the initial case made the request saying the decision violates the fourth amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

And the losing attorney is not the only one upset with the ruling. 71-Indiana lawmakers have also filed a brief asking the court to reconsider its decision.
