Live Healthy and Happy for National Women's Health Week

Undated (www.incnow.tv) - Sunday marks the start of National Women's Health Week, encouraging all women to make their health a top priority.

Across the country communities, businesses and health organizations come together in an effort to promote the importance of healthy living.

This week, women are encouraged to improve their physical and mental health and lower the risk of certain diseases.

Health officials suggest that women visit their doctor regularly and get preventice screenings, get active, eat healthy, pay attention to mental health and avoid unhealthy behaviors.
