FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) -- A Fort Wayne man has died from injuries he sustained when a truck collided with his moped at the intersection of E. Washington and S. Anthony Blvd.

Steven E. Mincoff, 47, was headed south on Anthony and turning west onto Washington when a pickup pulled in front of him, according to police.

He was transported to Parkview Regional Medical Center in critical condition and remained there until he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead Thursday afternoon around 2:45 p.m.

Mincoff is the 10th traffic fatality for Fort Wayne and Allen County in 2013. Investigators say they do not believe he was wearing a helmet.
