Morning Crash Closes U.S. 30, Alcohol May Be Related

KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Kosciusko County Police continue to investigate a crash that closed down U.S. 30 for a couple of hours, Tuesday morning.

Warsaw police say 35-year-old Travis Beery crashed into the rear of a semi.

Beery is in serious condition with head and chest injuries.

The driver of the semi was uninjured.

Investigators believe alcohol could have been a factor in the crash but are waiting for toxicology results.
