FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - A Fort Wayne man could face up to 10 years in prison after admitting to setting fires outside a drug store in December.

Kyee Mint, 59, pleaded guilty Thursday to one count of arson. According to officials, Mint was accused of setting two fires next to a drug store in December after arguing with the store's manager. Surveillance video captured Mint arguing with a manager inside the store and then again near the fires, which were set next to the building.

Mint could face up to a maximum of ten years by a judge, according to part of his plea deal.

He's scheduled to be sentenced in June 2013.
