FORT WAYNE, Ind. (RTV6) -- A Fort Wayne man is facing charges for allegedly threatening to kill his three children if they told anyone about a car crash that injured the youngsters.
Twenty-five-year-old Cameron Dial was charged Tuesday with intimidation and three counts each of criminal recklessness and neglect of a dependent.
Court documents say Dial was text-messaging and speeding on July 26 when he lost control of his car and it struck a utility pole.
The Journal Gazette reported Dial's children ages 4, 6 and 7, were in the car and all suffered injuries. Dial allegedly drove off with the children following the crash.
Court documents say that when they reached home, Dial held a knife to his kids' throats and threatened to kill them if they discussed the wreck with anyone.
