KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - One of the two Cromwell boys accused of shooting and killing his stepfather wants to plead guilty.

According to the Kosciusko County Prosecutor's Office, 15-year-old Colt Lundy has offered to plea guilty to the charge of conspiracy to commit murder in exchange for prosecutors dropping charges of murder and aiding murder.

Lundy and 12-year-old Paul Gingerich are both accused of killing Lundy’s stepfather, 49-year-old Phillip Danner in April.

A judge will consider the plea at the next court hearing scheduled for September 27th.
