VIRGINIA (www.incnow.tv) -- A man from Delphos, Ohio is among the dead in that massive car pile-up Sunday in Carroll County, Virginia.

Police say 24-year-old Andrew Katbi was driving a car that rear ended a semi in the southbound lanes of I-77.

Two other people were killed in massive wreck. Katbi was a law student at Duke University and was just weeks away from graduating.

Investigators say heavy fog was a contributing factor to the 95-vehicle pileup.
