Kids Count Survey Shows Improvement In Education Despite Poverty Level (VIDEO)

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) – When it comes to education, Indiana ranks 26th in the nation, according the findings in the Kids Count Data Book.

The Annie E. Casey Foundation released the data Tuesday, placing Indiana 27th overall for child well being, which is up three spots from last year, and 19th for economic well being.

Although the state has improved, there's still room to grow.
