The U.S Justice Department is appealing this week's decision by a judge to lift age-limits on emergency contraception called "Plan-B One-Step."
"Plan-B" will now be available over the counter to females15 years or older.
The previous age-cut-off was 17.
Federal leaders say the judge in the case exceeded his authority. They want a suspension while an appeal is considered.
