WABASH COUNTY, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - A Wabash County jury is seated and ready to hear testimony in the murder trial of Scott Pattison.
The 12 member panel was in place by one o'clock Friday.
Pattison is accused of suffocating his wife Lisa Pattison in July of 2009 at their LaFontaine home.
Pattison claims he came home to find his wife unresponsive on a weight bench with a barbell across her throat.
A Grand Jury indicted Pattison after the coroner ruled the weight appeared to have been pressed down on the victim.
Opening statements are scheduled to happen Monday at 9 am.
