Florida (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - The judge in the Trayvon Martin murder trial granted murder suspect, George Zimmerman, bond at $1 million.

Zimmerman was initially granted a $150,000 bond, but it was revoked after prosecutors accused Zimmerman and his wife, Shellie, of lying to the court. Prosecutors said the couple concealed a large amount of money they had raised through the internet.

Defense Attorney, Mark O'Mara, said his client acted out of fear for his family's safety.

Zimmerman's been charged with second degree murder in the February shooting death of 17-year-old Martin.
