JLFW Super Saturday Aimed at New Members

The Junior League of Fort Wayne hosted a volunteer event for potential members this morning at Crossroad Child and Family Services.

The event is called "Super Saturday." JLFW members and potential new members spent the morning and afternoon stenciling and painting a mural in the children's treatment center. Later in the day, potential news members had the chance to learn more about Junior League's involvement with the community.

Junior League is is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Their vision is to be the leading force in building a better future for women and children.
