FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Fort Wayne investment broker Randell Morrison has admitted guilt to one felony count in the fraud case lodged against him.

Morrison pleaded guilty Wednesday to corrupt business influence, in a deal that caps his punishment at six years.

The plea also requires Morrison to pay more than $1.3-million in restitution to 15 investors ripped off in a securities scheme.

A sentencing hearing is set for October 21st.
