INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (21Alive) -- The U.S. Department of Education has granted Indiana's No Child Left Behind Waiver, according to RTV6.
The waiver allows Indiana more flexibility in terms of spending on the state's education system. The status of the waiver had been in doubt after it was sent back the U.S. Department of Education earlier this year, claiming the state was failing to meet certain requirements.
