INDIANA (www.incnow.tv) -- It's back to the drawing board for Indiana lawmakers when it comes to illegal immigration reform.

The American Civil Liberties Union filed a lawsuit in May of 2011, shortly after the passages of two bills concerning illegal immigrants at state-supported universities and another that revoked some tax credits for businesses that hire illegal immigrants.

A ruling was filed Friday by an U.S. District Judge that said Indiana's immigration provisions were unconstitutional.
