INDIANAPOLIS (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Indiana Secretary of State will represent himself in his legal battle to retain his seat.

Charlie White's attorney resigned from the case as a money saving measure and is only temporary.

White stands accused of voter fraud charges, and has asked the State Supreme Court to take over the case.

Earlier this year the State Recount Commission allowed White to stay in office while fighting the criminal charges.
