Indiana Lawmaker's Bill Would Relax "See ID" For Alcohol Sales

INDIANA (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Tired of reaching for an ID every time you purchase alcohol in the Hoosier state?

A state lawmaker wants to change all that.

Republican State Senator Jean Leising plans to introduce a bill that would allow retailers to use their best judgment when determining whether to ask a customer for proof of age.

Currently anyone buying alcohol must present an ID regardless of age.
