INDIANA (21Alive) -- An unusual sculpture is on display at the Indiana State Fair.

One of the State Fair's big attractions was unveiled Wednesday. Nearly two tons of Indiana cheddar cheese was sculpted over the past week by artist Sarah Kauffman, also known as the Cheese Lady.

This year's creation is about the importance of good nutrition coupled with the NFL's Play60 Theme to get kids physically active. Kaufmann says it took 132 hours to sculpt and another two days to put the finishing touches on her creation.

It will be on display for the remainder of the fair.
