FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) -- Officials with Fort Wayne City Utilities responded to a neighborhood near Cody and Pemberton Streets after a 24-inch storm water line collapsed creating a huge sinkhole.

The hole developed right along the dike line built after the 1982 flood. The hole is estimated to be 10-foot by 15-foot and 20-foot deep.
