FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) - As many as 41 horses with the Shadarobah Rescue were facing being homeless Friday.

The rescue faced eviction months ago but had agreed, at the time, to delay it in hopes of reaching an agreement to buy the property.

Since then, the rescue has not been able to come up with the necessary $200,000 or make negotiations with the owner of the property.

As of Friday morning, all 41 horses have been moved or adopted to other shelters and private farms across Indiana.

The people living on the property have moved as well.

You can help save the rescue through its Facebook page.
