Horse Abuser Violates Parole Now Ordered to Jail

ADAMS COUNTY, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - An Adams County man who admitted to abusing 37-horses last year is behind bars Wednesday evening for violating his probation.

A judge has order 59-year-old Rick Hill to serve 543 days in prison and 363 days in the Adams County Jail after it was learned that Hill was again found in possession of horses.
