Hoosier Lawmaker Sues Over Walkout Fines

INDIANA (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - A state lawmaker is challenging the $3,000 fines levied during the House Democratic walkout.

Representative William Crawford contends elected officials are still employees, and state and federal law expressly prohibit docking employees' paychecks.
