FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21ALIVE) --- Do you ever wonder how many times a railroad bridge can take a direct hit from a truck passing beneath before it becomes a safety risk?

A bridge in South Fort Wayne has been rocked so often, it might appear to have a bullseye on its support beams.
