Cincinnati (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - The first man to land on the moon, former astronaut, Neil Armstrong is being laid to rest Friday during a private funeral in Cincinnati.
Armstrong was commander of the Apollo 11 mission in July of 1969.
The Ohio native died last weekend at age 82 from heart surgery complications.
President Obama ordered flags to be flown at half-staff in his honor.
