Helicopter Flying Low To Survey Electric Lines

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) -- A representative from Indiana Michigan Power sent out a note to alert residents of Fort Wayne that they may see a helicopter flying low over electric lines for the next several days.

The helicopter is being used by a contractor for AEP - Indiana Michigan Power, to surveying work involving transmission circuits in the area. The helicopter will be active beginning Monday and lasting several days according to the representative.
