FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - Two cars collided head-on Sunday afternoon sending one woman to the hospital in critical condition.

Police say they responded to SR120 just west of CR 675W around 4 p.m. Their investigation revealed that a 2010 Chevy Cobalt was heading east on SR120 when it went left of the center right into the path of a Chevy Envoy. The two cars collided head-on.

The driver of the Cobalt, Debra Lee of Middlebury, was pinned in the vehicle with several injuries. She was flown to a Fort Wayne Hospital in critical condition.

The driver of the Envoy, Cheryl Beer of Fremont, and her passenger Greg Beer were both treated on scene for minor injuries.

The investigation into the crash is still on-going. Alcohol is not believed to have played a factor, and everyone involved was wearing their seatbelt.
