CHRISTIANSBURG, Va. (www.incnow.tv) - Two women were shot at a New River Community College facility Friday in Christiansburg, Virginia after a gunman opened fire.

Christiansburg police say they have charged Neil Allan MacInnis, 18, as the shooter. According to Christiansburg Police Chief Mark Sisson, the suspect drove to the mall, entered the location with a firearm and shot the two women.

According to eyewitnesses, the shooter tried to impersonate a police officer in an attempt to lure victims out of hiding.

Both female victims are reported to be in stable condition at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital, according to police spokeswoman Becky Wilburn.
