Gov. Pence Signs Anti-Discrimination Bill For Hoosier Veterans (VIDEO)

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) -- Indiana Governor Mike Pence signed a bill into law today that will prevent employers from discriminating against veterans in the Hoosier state.

The bill was signed into law right here in Fort Wayne at the Indiana Air National Guard Headquarters 122nd Fighter Wing.

House Bill 12-42 will make it Illegal for an employer to refuse an applicant based on their status as a veteran, national guard member, or an individual in the reserves.
