DETROIT, Mi. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Make no mistake, General Motors has roared back, reporting the largest annual profit ever for the company.

Thursday morning GM said its quarterly profit came in at 28-cents a share, or $472 million. For the whole year, GM's earning came in at $7.6-billion, some 62 percent more than a year ago.

More than 47,000 hourly workers will get profit-sharing checks up to $7,000 - that's the most ever.
