Fort Wayne, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - A "winter" farmers market is being made available to area residents each month for those looking to still “buy local” even during the winter months.

Parkview Field is opening space in the Lincoln Event Center each month through May, so local farmers and bakers can bring their goods together and sell them.

Look for the farmers market to open the first Saturday of each month, beginning this Saturday from 9-to-noon and running until May 4th.
