FORT WAYNE, Ind. (NBC33) -- $33 Million from the Federal New Markets Tax Credit Program is set to come to Fort Wayne, according to a release from the Mayor's Office.
Fort Wayne Mayor Tom Henry is scheduled to announce the new funding today at a 1:30 p.m. news conference in front of the Harrison, in downtown Fort Wayne.
The New Markets Tax Credit Program is a program established to create new investments for development projects in low-income areas.
