Fort Wayne, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- There's a changing of the guard for the Fort Wayne Fire Department.

Friday marks Fire Chief Pete Kelly's last day on the job before he retires.

Kelly will be succeeded by Amy Biggs, who will be the Summit City's first female fire chief and one of only 40 in the country.
