Fort Wayne Car Crash Sends Woman Into Premature Labor (VIDEO)

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) - A car crash at 700 West Washington Center Rd. sends a woman into premature labor.

The accident happened on Sunday morning, around 11AM, on the westbound side.

Between the two vehicles, six children were involved.

Two children, both from the same vehicle, were able to walk away from the scene. The woman and four children in the other vehicle were quickly taken by ambulance.

Initial reports say one of the women who is still two months away from her due date went into early labor.

Only minor injuries were reported. 21Alive tried to contact the Fort Wayne Police Department for more information. At this time, we do not have an update on the woman or unborn child's condition.
