FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Early Tuesday morning at the Miss Virginia Mission House, former-NFL Player Jason Fabini helped give away turkeys.

They started lining up around 4:30 Tuesday morning to receive the free turkey dinners. Fabini's foundation, along with Cooper Farms and St. Charles Catholic School provided the food.

For many of the low-income families this meant a chance to have a Thanksgiving dinner at home.

The former NFL player is joining the board at Community Harvest Food Bank to further help the hungry in the community.
