Flasher Showing His "Goods" To Steuben County Residents

STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) -- The Steuben County Sheriff's Office is warning residents of a man who has been reported to be exposing himself to the public.

Steuben County Communications took a report of a male subject flashing himself to two females who were walking in the area of CR 450 W near Landis Rd.

Sheriff's detectives say they believe the flasher is a thing white male, between 20 and 40 years old and has brown or dark colored hair. The vehicle was described as an older model plain white van with a square back and windows in the back. Black trim is around the windows.

Anyone with information regarding this incident or any similar incidents is asked to contact the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office or Steuben County Crime Stoppers. Citizens are also urged to call 911 immediately if they observe any other incidents of indecent exposure.
