Firefighter Haudenschild Memorialized On Fire Monument (VIDEO & PHOTOS)

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) -- 26-year-old Washington Township volunteer firefighter, Mark Haudenschild, lost his life in a crash as he was responding to a call last November.

Monday his name was sand-blasted onto the Fire Monument at the Law Enforcement- Firefighters Memorial on Wells St. in Fort Wayne.

His father had the honors. Haudenschild was married and leaves behind a wife and their two young children.
