Elmhurst Lawsuit Appears In A Mishawaka Court

MISHAWAKA, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Fort Wayne Community School’s effort to stop a lawsuit over its closure of Elmhurst High School has its day in court.

A special judge in Mishawaka heard oral arguments in the administration's motion to dismiss the suit, which was filed by Elmhurst supporters to keep the school open.

The judge took the matter under advisement.
