Election Board to Review Allegations Made by Indiana Secretary of State White

INDIANA (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Possibly more problems for Indiana Secretary of State Charlie White.

The Marion County Election Board plans to look into whether White violated confidentially laws by turning over former-Senator Evan Bayh's voting records.

Earlier this year, White claimed Bayh and his wife Susan committed voter fraud. The same crime he stands accused while they lived in Washington D.C. and voted in Indiana's elections.
