City's 12th Homicide of the Year ID'd

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - The shooting victim on Bowser Avenue has been identified

The Allen County Coroner says the body of 21-year-old Brice Turner of Fort Wayne was discover early Thursday morning.

He died from a gunshot wound to the stomach. He is the 12th homicide in Allen County so far this year.

Officers found Turner on the sidewalk on Bowser Avenue near McKee around 1:30 Thursday morning, after someone driving by saw him, and called 911.

He was lying in a pool of blood and had a shot to the stomach.

Turner had an out of state ID on him at the time.
