LOS ANGELES (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - The maximum four-year prison term was handed down to Doctor Conrad Murray who was recently convicted of the involuntary manslaughter of Pop Legend, Michael Jackson.
Tuesday was the first time Doctor Conrad Murray had been back in court since he was jailed after being convicted of involuntary manslaughter earlier this month.
In addition to Murray’s 4-year prison sentence he’ll be asked to pay the Jackson family $100-million in restitution.
Murray's attorneys will argue that probation is more appropriate because he's already facing a life of shame and diminished opportunities.
