Deadline Extended For State Fair Tragedy Settlement Offer

INDIANAPOLIS (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - The deadline to respond to the $13 million State Fair tragedy settlement offer has been extended.

Attorneys for those impacted by the stage collapse are asking for additional time to verify information in the lawsuits and decide who should participate in the claims.

The Indiana Attorney General's Office distributed settlement offer paperwork including claim forms and release agreements to those who have already submitted tort claims.
