DeKalb County Animal Shelter is Over Capacity

DeKalb County, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Looking to add a new member to your family? The DeKalb County Humane Shelter is over capacity and needs your help.

At this time the shelter has approximately 50 dogs that need a home.

Shelter volunteers say they have seen a lot of people hand over their pets simply because they could not afford them.
