INDIANA (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Governor Mitch Daniels says he thinks he could beat President Obama in 2012, if he decides to throw his hat in the race.

Daniels in fact says his chances are "quite good."

The governor says he'll decide within weeks whether to seek the GOP nomination.

If Governor Daniels decides to run for President he'll have the support of House Speaker John Boehner.

Boehner says, “I think Mitch Daniels is looking very serious at this. The Governor of Indiana, another person that has a real track record of reform in his state, the kind of reforms we need in Washington D.C.”
