COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - The so-called "Dougherty Gang" is now in police custody according to Colorado State Police.

Police say the Dougherty Gang siblings were taken into custody after an exchange of gun shots and a high-speed chase that ended in a crash Wednesday morning near the city of Pueblo.

21-year-old Ryan Dougherty, his 26-year-old brother Dylan and 29-year-old sister Grace are accused of shooting at a Florida police officer during a high-speed chase last week, then robbing a Georgia bank using high-powered rifles.

At this time there is an unconfirmed report that the female sibling was shot in the leg.
