ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - A Fort Wayne man will be scheduled to be executed, after all.

According to our partner in news, the Journal Gazette, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled convicted killer Joseph Corcoran will be eligible to be put to death.

He was convicted in Allen County in 1999 of murdering four people two years earlier, including his brother and his sister's fiance, because he thought they were talking about him.

A federal appeals court overturned his death penalty on a technicality, but the U.S. Supreme Court has now re-instated it.

We'll keep you posted on the status of the case.
