Convicted Murderer Mistakenly Released (with Photo)

INDIANA (www.incnow.tv) - A man convicted of murder was mistakenly released from custody in Chicago Thursday.

Police say 44-year-old Steven Robbins was serving a 60-year prison sentence in Indiana for a homicide in Indianapolis. He was transferred to Illinois to face drug related charges, which were later dropped, and then released from custody without being returned to authorities in Indiana.
