FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) -- The man convicted of killing Indiana Institute of Technology Girls Basketball standout in 1982 is once again in trouble with the law.
Friday, Lagrange County Police pulled over Mark Maurico, 51, for multiple infractions. A strong odor of marijuana was detected as the officer approached the vehicle. A K-9 was brought to the scene and found more than two pounds of the suspected substance.
Maurico was released from prison in February of 2012 after serving almost 30 years of his 60-year sentence for the murder of Nancy Rehm. He now faces several charges including possession of marijuana.
