Committee Reviews Governor Daniels Proposed Budget

INDIANA (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - The Indiana House Ways and Means Committee is going over Governor Mitch Daniels proposed 2-year budget with a fine tooth comb.

The Governor's plan pretty much flat lines spending at current levels but there are other state programs that have been placed on the chopping block.

Indiana’s NewsCenter spoke with the Journal Gazette's State House Reporter Nikki Kelly on the budget hearing and joined us via Skype at 5pm.
